Then life stopped me in my tracks.

A cancer diagnosis forced me to slow down, listen, and rebuild my life from the inside out. It became the wake-up call that changed everything.

That experience taught me something no title or achievement ever could: real healing and growth start with energy. Healing isn’t just physical; it’s emotional, spiritual, and energetic. It’s about learning to stop striving, start trusting, and reconnect with your true self.

Today, I blend everything I’ve learned — from leadership to healing — to help others find clarity, peace, and purpose through energy work and intuitive mentorship.

I still consult in marketing, but my heart is here: helping people realign their energy and come home to themselves.
